As a mom of 3, and Omi of one sweet g-baby, I have always been the woman to put my family first. I, like way too many of us, became a mom at a very young age. I enter the workforce and motherhood at the same time. Never was there a moment to worry about me.  Not that it even ever registered to think about me.  I am not complaining more of a older me looking back at the younger tired me. For 20 years, I had the pleasure of taking care of adults and children with intellectual and physical disabilities and their families. It's a very rewarding and exhausting career.  I loved it but needed a change. So at 38, I enroll in massage school.  It just felt right. I have not looked back yet. I couldn't be more happy with my decision .  I have worked in big chain, wasn't a good fit for me, I started a mobile massage business in 2021 and loved it but very hard on my body.  I went to local spa and made such wonderful relationships with my peers and my clients.  But I wanted a little bit more family time and to slow down.  So off we go.
